One River, One Flow is a workshop designed to help you free the creative self, one playful impulse at a time while identifying, embracing and possibly dissolving some of your negative beliefs and blocks preventing you from living a bigger, bolder creative life.
This workshop is for anyone, artist & non-artists, who wants to play and explore creatively through a variety of artistic mediums – movement, writing, theatre, voice, drawing and sharing to reveal deeper layers of the creative self. Writers, visual artists, musicians, actors and dancers may benefit from stepping out of their comfort zones to play in less familiar creative modalities.
No previous experience is needed just an open mind, a curious heart and a bit of courage is all that is required. A safe and respectful container is provided where each person’s comfort level is respected and everyone is encouraged to participate at the level they feel most comfortable with. Wear comfortable clothing to move in and bring a journal and a bottle of water with you.
